1. Copper Onion, downtown SLC - best pork chop we've had (we had their amazing winter version - they change with the seasons - with great creamy polenta, pearl onions, red peppers, etc - fantastic, tender chop
2. Copper Common (former location of Plum Alley, with same owner - they kept this dish)- pork belly in steamed bun
3. Jupiter Bowl bowling alley cafe, Park City. pork belly
3a. Carraba's pork tenderloin with fig sauce (B+) and gorgonzola sauce combined A

Note: pork tenderloin (discontinued) roasted all day, whereas the 2 above are cooked to order. Overdone and tough. Tender if pink. sold few, so discontinued. Not tested.

11. CJ Bakery and Grill, SLC - pork chop - nice char-grilled flavor B+
12. Seigfried's Deli, downtown SLC, roast pork leg (traditional German method; the tender portions especially, usually next to the bone, are very, very good). Order in advance and get it fresh. B/B+
13. Communal, Provo - pork chop. B
14. Chick's Cafe, Heber city - pork chop - plain as day but decent cut of pork, better than all those that didn't make the list. It has no seasoning. B
15. Harvest, Lehi - pork chop (texture/toughness average; Italian sauce) C+
