EDITOR'S NOTE: Don't use actual milk or you'll destroy the keto benefits. Milk is high in carbs. Instead, I use a substitute milk that tastes better than any of the nut milks (I've tried them all): substitute cow's milk. Add 1 Tablespoon heavy whipping cream to 1 cup water and blend a few seconds, maybe 10 seconds, more will whip it up too much. It doesn't taste as good as regular milk but better than nut milks to me.
