- ranked according to the number of B+ and A wings there:

1. Wing Nutz, Orem and Salt Lake Valley. Baked, not fried.  We tried them all a couple times, and our favorites we've tried many times.  
Best in order:
a. Not on menu: you have to ask for it: combo of Mango Pom Chipotle AND Jalepeno Honey BBQ: A+
b. Mango Pom Chipotle A
c. Not on menu: you have to ask for it: combo of Chili Garlic AND Jamaican Jerk: A
d. Jalpeno Honey BBQ A-
e. Jamaican Jerk: A-.

4. Wing Shak, American Fork.  We tried them all a couple times in 2010. Wings are jumbo and fried.  The top flavors listed are amazing.

We used to love the original till these other wing places moved into the state!

Trolley Wings, at Trolley Square, 2nd floor by the south atrium.  We tried 6.  All a C to a B-.  No great ones.

Olive Garden, national chain. The one flavor, "Spicy Wings" has a decent Italian seasoning. B/B+

At City Trolley Cafe, No. Main St., Springville.  It's been a few years since we've been to this one, but the original wing there we liked, grading it a B.


Little Caesars
By 2017 none were higher than a B. However, they change their flavors occasionally, so check before going there for the best three, which are bold-faced and which they had way back in 2014 below:)
2017, January:

(They also have regular BBQ and Buffalo, but THEY HAVE NOTE BEEN RATED.

NO LONGER SERVED HEREBlack Sheep Cafe, Provo. Was our #3 favorite. They had one flavor - an A-.

NO LONGER SERVED HERE: Smokehouse BBQ in Orem (if they make them the way the one in downtown Provo did). In order: 
1. Spicy BBQ wing: B+
2. Thai: B+
3. Sweet BBQ: B
4. Buffalo C

NOW OUT OF BUSINESS: Rumerz, West Jordan at the District (now out of business or moved, would have been #8 of our fave places on this list).

Note that none of the other places were worth writing home about.
